摘要
目的:观察穴位埋线联合中药加味苍附导痰丸治疗肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征的疗效。方法:2016年12月-2018年6月收治肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征患者100例,随机分为两组,各50例。治疗组给予穴位埋线联合中药加味苍附导痰丸治疗;对照组给予口服达英35治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗组患者月经恢复情况及体重改善情况均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:穴位埋线方法联合口服中药加味苍附导痰丸治疗肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征,可使患者恢复规律月经,并减轻体重。
Objective:To observe the curative effect of acupoint catgut embedding combined with traditional Chinese medicine jiawei cangfu daotan pills in the treatment of obese polycystic ovary syndrome.Methods:From December 2016 to June 2018,100 cases of obese polycystic ovary syndrome were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 50 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with acupoint catgut embedding combined with traditional Chinese medicine jiawei cangfu daotan pills and the control group was given oral treatment of diane 35.The therapeutic effects between the two groups were compared.Results:The menstrual recovery and weight improvement of patients in the treatment group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The acupoint catgut embedding method combined with oral traditional Chinese medicine jiawei cangfu daotan pills for obese polycystic ovary syndrome can restore regular menstruation and reduce weight.
