一种大孔径鱼眼镜头系统的设计方法 被引量:3

A design method of fisheye lens system with a large acceptance aperture

摘要 在超大视场光学系统六阶波像差理论的基础上,研究了一种鱼眼镜头系统在大孔径成像情况下的设计方法。首先,应用该六阶波像差理论中的波像差表达式分别计算鱼眼镜头系统的初级和高阶的球差波像差和彗差波像差并对其进行详细分析;然后,在应用光学设计软件Zemax对光学系统的像差进行优化设计时,结合该波像差分析结果,合理地利用各种操作数和偶次非球面,对系统的各类像差进行针对性地优化,最终设计出一款工作波段在可见光波段内,有效焦距为5.35 mm,全视场160°,F/2.8的成像质量较好的鱼眼镜头系统。系统全视场的最大场曲小于0.1 mm,全视场调制传递函数(MTF)值在空间频率60 lp/mm的情况下不低于0.49,以及相对照度均在99%以上。研究结果表明:本文提出的方法为鱼眼镜头系统在大孔径成像情况下的设计提供了一种强有力的手段。 This paper studied a design method of the fisheye lens system with the imaging of a large acceptance aperture based on the sixth-order wave aberration theory of ultra-wide-angle optical systems.Firstly,applying the wave aberration expressions of the sixth-order wave aberration theory to calculate the primary and high-order spherical wave aberration and coma wave aberration of the fisheye lens;then,when we use the optical design software Zemax to optimize the aberration of optical system,the various operands and even asphere are used reasonably combing the results of aberration analysis,and the various aberrations of the optical system are optimized in a targeted manner;finally,the working wavelength of the fisheye lens is obtained in visible light range,and the effective focal length of that is 5.35 mm,field of view(FOV)is 160°,F number is 2.8;the image quality of the lens is very good.Its maximum field curvature is less than 0.1 mm,and the modulated transfer function(MTF)in all fields are higher than 0.49 at 60 lp/mm,and the relative illumination is above 99%.The study shows the method discussed in this paper provides an effective measure for the design of fisheye lens system with the imaging of a large acceptance aperture.
