酸碱中和法处理二氧化氯残液的生产性试验 被引量:1

Productive Experiment of Treatment of Chlorine Dioxide Residual Liquid by Acid-Base Neutralization Process

摘要 水厂H2O2还原法制备ClO2产生的残液对环境污染严重。以改善被残液污染的水体环境为目标,开发酸碱中和法联合排泥水处理工艺处理残液的新技术。生产性试验表明:生产运行成本为0.14元/L,污泥脱水药剂成本降低0.44元/t,底泥含水率降低0.90%,残液的处理实现了无害化、资源化利用,产生了较好的环境效益和经济效益。 Residual liquid produced by ClO2 which is prepared by hydrogen peroxide reduction method in waterworks makes serious environmental pollution.In order to improve the environment of water body polluted by residual liquid,a new technology for treating residual liquid by combined acid and alkali neutralization sludge water treatment process was developed.The performance test showed that the production and operation cost was 0.14 yuan/L,the cost of sludge dehydration agent was reduced by 0.44 yuan/t,and moisture content of the sediment was reduced by 0.90%.The treatment of residual liquid has achieved harmlessness and resource utilization,and produced better environmental and economic benefits.
