摘要
结合食品脂质组学分析需求,本文对液相色谱-高分辨质谱技术展开分析,并完成了通过液相色谱-质谱联测实现水产品磷脂分子检测的实验设计。从实验结果来看,采用液相色谱能够顺利完成磷脂组分分离,实施质谱分析能够准确完成分子含量检测,得到的结果相对标准偏差不超7.2%,能够满足食品脂质组学分析要求。
According to the requirement of food lipomics analysis,the liquid chromatography-high resolution mass spectrometry technique is analyzed,and the experiment design of detecting phospholipids in aquatic products is completed.The results show that the separation of phospholipid components can be accomplished successfully by liquid chromatography and the determination of molecular content by mass spectrometry.The relative standard deviation is less than 7.2%,it can meet the requirements of food lipomics analysis.
