摘要
文章针对目前分切机自动化程度低、张力稳定性差、速度低等缺点,研制了一种基于PLC的分切机自动控制系统。该系统基于PLC技术,通过优化张力控制算法,实现了分切机的高速自动化控制。样机测试及实验证明,该分切机系统最高速度可达500m/min,张力控制稳定。
In view of the disadvantages of the current Slitter,such as low automation,poor tension stability and low speed,an automatic control system based on PLC is designed.Based on PLC technology,the system optimizes the tension control algorithm to realize the high-speed automatic control of the slitter.The prototype test and experiment show that the maximum speed of the slitter system can reach 500m/min,and the tension control is stable.
