水电站进水球阀虚拟拆装培训系统设计与实现

摘要 随着三维建模技术和虚拟仿真技术的飞速发展,水电站设备模型突破了在制造端指导生产的使用价值界限,越来越多的水电站对设备模型的全生命周期运用提出了迫切需求。本文阐述了基于SolidWorks、3DMAX和Axure软件发布技术的水电站进水球阀虚拟拆装培训系统设计与实现,挖掘设备模型在用户端的应用潜力,为水电站进水球阀虚拟拆装培训提供高效的方式方法。 With the rapid development of 3D modeling technology and virtual simulation technology,the equipment model of hydrostation breaks through the use value boundary of guiding production at the manufacturing end.More and more hydrostations put forward an urgent demand for the full life cycle application of the equipment model.This paper describes the design and implementation of the virtual disassembly and assembly training system for globe valve of hydrostation based on SolidWorks,3DMAX and Axure publishing technology,and explores the application potential of the equipment model in the user end,so as to provide an efficient way for the virtual disassembly and assembly training for globe valve of hydrostation.
