摘要
目的分析整体护理对尿毒症血液透析患者净化效果的影响。方法选取60例尿毒症血液透析患者作为本次研究对象,按照不同护理措施,将其分为常规组与实验组,每组人数为30例。常规组患者实施常规护理,实验组患者实施整体护理,对比两组患者的护理效果。结果护理后,实验组患者焦虑评分及抑郁评分明显高于常规组,P<0.05;实验组患者净化效果明显比常规组更好,P<0.05,两组数据组间差异明显,具有统计学意义。结论将整体护理应用于尿毒症血液透析患者护理中,有明显护理效果,不仅能够有效改善患者心理情绪,提高净化效果,还能够有效提高患者生活质量,具有临床应用价值。
Objective To analyze the effect of holistic nursing on the purification of uremic hemodialysis patients. Methods 60 uremic hemodialysis patients were selected as the study object. According to different nursing measures,they were divided into routine group and experimental group,with 30 patients in each group. The patients in the routine group were given routine nursing,while the patients in the experimental group were given holistic nursing. Results After nursing,the anxiety and depression scores of patients in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the conventional group(P<0.05);the purification effect of patients in the experimental group was significantly better than that in the conventional group(P<0. 05).Conclusion Applying holistic nursing to the nursing of uremic hemodialysis patients has obvious nursing effect. It can not only effectively improve the patients’ psychological mood and purification effect,but also effectively improve the patients’ quality of life,which has clinical application value.
