摘要
随着人们的生活质量获得显著提升,进而对社会需求、生活条件提出了更高的要求。这一背景直接使得我国各行各业开始对自身进行调整,也包括房建行业在内。当前,国内房建行业存在不少弊端,导致房建项目的质量很难达到预定的水平。精细化管理以及创新手段的应用可以很好的改善问题,施工前,充分考虑施工管理、施工技术、施工环境,设计出完整、系统的施工方案,保障施工问题得到有效解决。
As people’s quality of life has improved significantly,they have placed higher demands on social needs and living conditions.This background directly led all industries in China to adjust themselves,including the housing construction industry.At present,there are many drawbacks in the domestic housing construction industry,making it difficult for the quality of housing construction projects to reach a predetermined level.The refined management and application of innovative methods can improve the problems well.Before construction,it needs to fully consider construction management,construction technology and construction environment,design a complete and systematic construction plan to ensure that construction problems are effectively resolved.
