摘要
为解决露天爆破工程中扬尘过大问题,对水封爆破技术进行研究,以期降低爆破扬尘、减少爆生有害气体、优化爆破效果、控制生产整体综合成本。通过分析和试验研究了水炮泥在不同使用量、不同使用位置、不同储水形式下的降尘效果,总结出适用露天大孔径炮孔的水炮泥降尘爆破方法。
This paper focuses on the solution to excessive flying dust of open-air blasting projects and the study of water infusion blasting technology with the target of reduction of flying dust and harmful gases,optimization of blasting effects and control of the overall production costs.Based on the experiment,the dust reduction effects of the water-stem under different amounts and different positions are studied,and the applicable dust reduction method with the application of water-stem in the open-pit large diameter borehole blasting operation is concluded.
