摘要
针对复合管成型机密封装置处轴向力自动平衡系统,提出了一种新型环形油缸驱动装置设计方案。其中自动平衡系统是为解决复合成型过程中密封轴向力的波动而设计。通过对环形油缸结构与动作控制方式的设计,重点解决了传统几个均布在增压中心四周的小直径缸同时运动带来的控制精度低及结构上同步性差的问题,此外进油口噪音也得到有效抑制,复合成型过程中轴向密封效果改进明显。此新型环形油缸装置具有结构简单、工作效率高、容易实现自动化控制等优点。
In this paper,design scheme of a new type of annular cylinder driving device is proposed for the axial force automatic balance system at the sealing device of composite tube forming machine;and the automatic balance system is designed to solve the axial force fluctuation of the seal during the composite forming process.Through design of the structure and action control mode of the annular cylinder,problems such as low control accuracy and poor synchronization in structure which are usually caused by the simultaneous movement of several small diameter cylinders that uniformly distributed around the supercharging center could be solved.In addition,the noise at the oil inlet is also effectively suppressed and the axial sealing effect is obviously improved in the process of composite forming.The new annular cylinder device has the advantages of simple structure,high working efficiency,and easy automatic control,etc.
