摘要
目的:研究全自动微生物鉴定药敏分析仪对临床相关细菌的鉴定能力及应用价值。方法:从2016年10月~2017年12月,本院各科室患者的分泌排泄物标本中,分离的病原菌110株,其中革兰阳性菌51株、革兰阴性菌59株,及本院实验室中保存的相同菌株96株作为本次研究菌株。使用全自动微生物鉴定药敏分析仪对研究菌株进行鉴定,同时包括链球菌属等4种质控菌株。结果:4种质控菌种在9h内完成鉴定,其中,肠杆菌属的错误率较高;不同分辨率下,革兰阳性菌和革兰阴性菌结果不相同,但革兰阴性菌比革兰阳性菌用时少。对两个菌属、4个菌形的比较结果,数据均显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:全自动微生物鉴定药敏分析仪在对临床相关细菌进行鉴定时,具有很高的鉴定能力及应用价值。
Objective:To study the identification ability and application value of automatic microbial identification drug sensitivity analyzer on clinically relevant bacteria.Methods:From October 2016 to December 2017,110 pathogenic bacteria were isolated from the secretion samples of patients in various departments of our hospital,including 51 Gram-positive bacteria,59 Gram-negative bacteria,and our hospital experiments 96 strains of the same strain stored in the laboratory were used as strains for this study.A full-automatic microbial identification drug sensitivity analyzer was used to identify the research strains,including 4 quality control strains including Streptococcus.Results:The identification of the four quality control bacteria within 9 hours,of which the Enterobacter spp.Error rate is higher;at different resolutions,the results of Gram-positive bacteria and Gram-negative bacteria are different,but the ratio of Gram-negative bacteria Gram-positive bacteria take less time.For the comparison results of two fungus genus and four fungi,the data are significant and have statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The automatic microbial identification drug sensitivity analyzer has a high identification ability and application value in identifying clinically relevant bacteria.
