摘要
针对电梯结构特点、运行方式研究了振动在线监测技术在电梯上的应用;介绍了振动在线监测系统的组成和原理,并通过实际振动数据分析电梯运行状态找出潜在故障;论述了振动在线监测系统发挥的积极意义。
The application of vibration online monitoring technology to elevators based on the characteristics of elevator structure and operation mode is studied on. The composition and principle of the vibration monitoring system are introduced, and the operating state of the elevator is analyzed through the analysis of actual vibration data to identify potential faults. The positive significance of the vibration online monitoring system is discussed in this paper.
