摘要
为了给项目带来全新的管理理念,提升项目的管理水平,提高项目的综合经济效益,使项目达到精益建造的要求,项目可以采用BIM技术的数字化项目管理手段。结合一个实际的工程项目管理案例,研究发现使用BIM数字化项目管理可以提升工作效率。文章以BIM技术为中心,对BIM技术的数字化在该工程项目上的管理应用进行论述,进一步分析BIM技术在项目管理上的重要意义。
In order to bring a new management concept to the project,improve the management level of the project,improve the comprehensive economic benefits of the project,and make the project meet the requirements of lean construction,the project can adopt the digital project management means of BIM technology.Combined with a practical project management case,the study finds that using BIM digital project management can improve work efficiency.Taking BIM technology as the center,this paper discusses the management application of digitization of BIM technology in this project,and further analyzes the significance of BIM technology in project management.
