基于程序分析和0-1整数规划模型的1号车间生产线平衡改善设计 被引量:9

摘要 为了解决家具生产线平衡以及瓶颈工序问题,通过Flexsim建模仿真模拟一号车间生产线现状,结合程序分析的ECRS原则对瓶颈工序进行了改善,建立0-1整数规划模型进行工位重组,运用Lingo软件进行求解,获得了优化的车间加工流程程序。结果表明,一号车间生产线总时间减少了87 s,生产平衡率由53.2%上升到87.9%,解决了生产中的两大问题,给实际生产提供了参考方向。 In order to solve the problem of furniture production line balance and bottleneck process,the current situation of No.1 Workshop production line was simulated by Flexsim modeling and simulation,the bottleneck process was improved by combining the ECRs principle of program analysis,a 0-1 integer programming model was established for station reorganization,and then lingo software was used to solve the problem,and the optimized workshop process program was obtained.The results show that the total time of production line in workshop 1 is reduced by 87 seconds,and the production balance rate rises from 53.2%to 87.9%,the two major problems in production are solved,and the reference direction for actual production is provided.
