摘要
地理信息系统(GIS)是实践性较强的一门学科。传统的GIS课程教学以理论讲授为主,且基本采用灌输式的教学方式,在这种教学模式培养下,学生往往解决实际问题的能力和创造能力较差。PBL教学模式是从问题出发,以解决问题为驱动力,以学生为中心,强调过程训练和分组协作学习,全面培养学生自主学习、实践和创新的能力。本文基于PBL教学理念,从PBL的基本要素:问题设计、分组协作学习和教学评价三个方面来重点阐述PBL教学模式引导下的GIS课程教学改革,以期提高地理信息系统的教学质量,为培养应用型和综合型GIS人才做出贡献。
Geographic Information System(GIS)is a discipline with very strong practicality.The traditional GIS course teaching is mainly based on theoretical lectures with using the indoctrination teaching method.Affected by the traditional teaching method,students often have poor problem-solving and creative abilities.The PBL is a method based on problem-solving and student-centered.The PBL method emphasizes the process training and group collaborative learning,and can comprehensively cultivates students'autonomous learning,practical and innovative abilities.Therefore,this paper introduces the ideas of PBL into GIS course teaching.The reform of the GIS course teaching includes the three basic elements of PBL:problem design,group collaborative learning and teaching evaluation.The objects of these three aspects are to improve the GIS course teaching quality,and to cultivate the applied and integrated GIS talents for our society.
