On January 17,Mr.Jorge Arreaza,Minister of Foreign Affairs of Venezuela,visited CIIS and delivered a keynote speech themed"Venezuela’s role in upholding multilateralism"at the CIIS Forum.Around 100 representatives from foreign embassies in China,Chinese government agencies,think tanks and media outlets attended the first high-level international event of CIIS in 2020.
