机械处理破除“贝斯莉斯克”俯仰臂形草种子休眠的效果研究 被引量:2

摘要 "贝斯莉斯克"俯仰臂形草(Brachiaria decumbeus cv."basilisk")是我国热带亚热带地区优良的刈牧兼用型牧草,适应性强,产草量高,可单播建立稳定持久的放牧人工草场,具有极高的推广利用价值。但因其种子产量低,休眠程度深,严重制约了该牧草推广应用。研究机械处理对种子休眠的破除效果,旨在提高种子的活力及发芽率,为其播种前的预处理提供操作简便而行之有效的方法。在3种机械处理方法中,"去除稃片"法对"贝斯莉斯克"俯仰臂形草种子休眠的破除效果最好(P<0.05),种子的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、活力指数、芽长和根长分别达到21.67%、16.33%、5.46、0.02、0.75cm和2.68cm,分别是处理前(CK)的1.81、24.50、5.56、3.98、7.5和11.65倍;稃片的存在是引起"贝斯莉斯克"俯仰臂形草种子休眠的重要原因之一,破除休眠提高其种子活力和发芽率的最佳机械处理措施是去除稃片。 Brachiaria decumbeus is an excellent herbage with both cutting and grazing in tropical and subtropical regions of China,and with strong adaptability and high grass yield,and can establish stable and lasting pasture by single seeding,it has extremely high popularization and utilization value.However,due to low seed yield and deep dormancy,its popularization and application are seriously restricted.The aim of this study was to improve the seed vigor and germination rate of Brachiaria decumbeus cv."basilisk"seeds,and to provides a simple and effective method for its pretreatment before sowing.Among the three mechanical treatment methods,"Remove the lemma and palea"method had the best effect on breaking dormancy of Brachiaria decumbeus cv."basilisk"(P<0.05),the germination rate,germination potential,germination index,vigor index,bud length and root length of the seeds reached 21.67%、16.33%、5.46、0.02、0.75 cm and 2.68 cm,They were 1.81,24.50,5.56,3.98,7.5 and 11.65 times of before treatment(CK),respectively.The lemma and palea is one of the reasons of dormancy of Brachiaria decumbeus cv."basilisk"seeds.The best mechanical treatment to break dormancy and improve seed vigor and germination rate is to remove the lemma and palea by artificial.
