摘要
目的分析全身炎症反应综合征(systemic inflammatory response syndrome,SIRS)评分、序贯器官功能(sequential organ failure assessment,SOFA)评分及快速序贯器官功能(quick sequential organ failure assessment,qSOFA)评分在脓毒症早期筛查中的意义。方法:选取2016年5月30日-2018年5月30日收治于我院重症医学科患者232例感染或疑似感染患者为研究对象,对其病例资料进行回顾性分析。进行SIRS评分、SOFA评分及qSOFA评分,分析三种评分方法对脓毒症患者阳性检出率及28天病死率。结果:232例感染或疑似感染患者中,SIRS组检出141例,阳性检出率60.8%,28天病死率16.3%,SOFA组检出80例,阳性检出率34.5%,28天病死率22.5%,qSOFA组检出42例,阳性检出率18.1%,28天病死率38%。结论:SOFA评分和qSOFA评分能对感染性患者预后能做出较为准确的评估,qSOFA评分最优。
Purpose:The significance of SIRS score,SOFA score and qSOFA score in early sepsis screening was analyzed.Methods:232 patients with infection or suspected infection admitted to ICU of our hospital from May 30,2016 to May 30,2018 were selected as research objects,and their case data were retrospectively analyzed.SIRS score,SOFA score and qSOFA score were used to analyze the positive detection rate and 28-day mortality of sepsis patients with three scoring methods.Results:Among the 232 patients with infection or suspected infection,141 cases were detected in the SIRS group,with a positive detection rate of 60.8%and a 28-day case fatality rate of 16.3%;80 cases were detected in SOFA group,with a positive detection rate of 34.5%and a 28-day case fatality rate of 22.5%;42 cases were detected in qSOFA group,with a positive detection rate of 18.1%and a 28-day case fatality rate of 38%..Conclusion:SOFA score and qSOFA score can make a more accurate assessment of the prognosis of infectious patients,qSOFA score shows the best.
