摘要
目的临床探讨,妇产科护理管理中以人为本理念应用后,其临床满意度、并发症发生率和住院时间的改善价值。方法择取该院妇产科在不同时期收治的患者共104例划分为两组,一组为自然组(2016年11月—2017年10月),一组为实验组(2017年11月—2018年10月)。并回顾性的分自然组妇产科当中的护理,管理当中所存在的问题。在自然组实施基础干预后,于2017年11月开始,实施以人为本的护理管理,对比实验组和自然组的护理满意度、并发症发生率以及住院时间。结果实验组护理后临床满意度92.31%优于自然组76.92%,组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组并发症发生率15.38%低于自然组32.69%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组平均住院时间(7.59±0.89)d短于自然组(11.22±1.58)d,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在妇产科护理理念中,融入以人为本护理模式,其临床满意度有效提升,同时住院时间和并发症发生率也得到改善,能够在另一层面上提升妇产科当中护理管理的综合性质量,临床推广价值可行。
Objective To explore the value of clinical satisfaction,the incidence of complications,and the length of hospital stay after the application of the human-oriented concept in gynecological and obstetrics nursing management.Methods A total of 104 patients admitted to the hospital for obstetrics and gynecology at different periods were divided into two groups,one group was divided into natural group(November 2016 to October 2017),and one group was divided into experimental group(November 2017 to October 2018).And retrospectively analyzed the problems in the nursing and management in the obstetrics and gynecology department of the natural group.After the basic intervention was implemented in the natural group,human-centered nursing management was implemented in November 2017,and the nursing satisfaction,complication rate,and length of hospitalization of the experimental group and the natural group were compared.Results The clinical satisfaction rate of the experimental group after nursing was 92.31%better than the natural group 76.92%.The difference was statistically significant between the groups(P<0.05).The complication rate of the experimental group was 15.38%lower than the natural group 32.69%.The difference was statistically significant between the two groups(P<0.05).The average hospital stay(7.59±0.89)d in the experimental group was shorter than that in the natural group(11.22±1.58)d.The difference was statistically significant between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion In the concept of obstetrics and gynecology,the integration of human-centered nursing mode can effectively improve the clinical satisfaction,meanwhile,the length of hospital stay and the incidence of complications can be improved,which can improve the comprehensiveness quality of nursing management in obstetrics and gynecology on another level,clinical promotion value is feasible.
