摘要
研究的钢帘线冶炼流程为120 t KR脱硫-LD-LF-CC工艺。通过在LD出钢时和LF末期变渣前分别加入100 kg的BaCO3,分别在精炼初期、精炼变渣前、变渣后、连铸中间包及盘条中取样分析夹杂物中示踪剂Ba的含量。结果表明,转炉出钢时钢渣充分混冲以及形成的脱氧产物,在精炼过程及软吹过程中没有充分上浮是夹杂物的主要来源。
The researched steel cord smelting process is 120 tons KR desulfurization-LD-LF-CC process.By adding 100 kg of BaCO3 at the time of tapping of LD and before slagging at the end of LF,the tracer Ba in the inclusions was analyzed by sampling in the initial refining,before slag refining,after slag changing,continuous casting tundish and wire rod content.The results show that the steel slag is fully mixed and deoxidized products are formed during the tapping process of the converter,and the main source of the inclusions is insufficient floatation during the refining process and soft blowing process.
