摘要
目的研究优质护理在腹腔镜下子宫全切术患者中的临床应用效果。方法从该院近几年收治的腹腔镜下行子宫全切术患者中,抽取100例作为研究对象,患者入院时间在2017年10月-2018年10月期间,将患者随机分成对照组和观察组,每组患者50例。其中对照组患者实施常规护理方式,观察组患者接受优质护理服务,对比两组患者手术后患者恢复情况,患者并发症发生情况以及对各项护理工作的评分。结果观察组下床时间、住院时间和切口愈合时间均比对照组短,两组患者差异有统计学意义(t=19.254、10.023、6.241,P<0.05)。在抑郁、焦虑、出血、腹胀等并发症上,观察组发生率为10.00%,对照组为34.00%,两组患者差异有统计学意义(χ^2=12.032,P<0.05)。观察组患者对护理工作中服务态度、技术操作、心理护理、手术管理等各项工作的评分均优于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(t=10.245、9.588、10.412、12.562,P<0.05)。结论针对宫腔镜下子宫全切术患者,为其实施优质护理服务,效果显著,值得广泛应用和进一步推广。
Objective To study the clinical effect of high-quality nursing in laparoscopic total hysterectomy. Methods A total of 100 cases of laparoscopic hysterectomy patients admitted to the hospital in recent years were selected as study subjects. Patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group from October 2017 to October2018, with 50 cases in each group. The patients in the control group received conventional nursing, and the patients in the observation group received quality nursing services. The recovery of patients after surgery, the incidence of complications and the scores of various nursing work in the two groups were compared. Results The time of getting out of bed,hospitalization and wound healing in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(t=19.254, 10.023, 6.241, P<0.05). In depression, anxiety, complications such as bleeding, abdominal distension, the incidence of observation group was 10.00%, the control group was34.00%, two groups of patients with significant difference, there is statistical significance(χ^2=12.032, P<0.05), such as observation of foot patients attitude to nursing work in the service, technical operation, psychological nursing, operation management and so on each work ratings were superior to control group, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(t=10.245, 9.588, 10.412, 12.562, P<0.05). Conclusion For patients undergoing total hysterectomy under hysteroscope, the implementation of quality nursing services is effective and worthy of wide application and further promotion.
