摘要
文章阐释了协同治理的理论内涵,分析了高校图书馆进行协同治理农村扶贫的可能性及必要性,主张在各扶贫主体达成共识的前提下,建立多主体、多维度、多方法的合作组织模型,制定及完善协同治理扶贫工作机制,通过协同合作的集体行动保障扶贫工作实施。
The paper expounds the theoretical connotation of collaborative governance and analyzes the possibility and necessity of collaborative governance in rural poverty alleviation by university libraries.It is suggested that on the premise of reaching consensus among the poverty alleviation subjects,a cooperative organization model with multi-subject,multi-dimension and multi-method should be established,the working mechanism of collaborative governance on poverty alleviation should be formulated and improved,and the implementation of poverty alleviation work should be guaranteed through collective actions with coordination.
