摘要
安徽省濉溪二中新校区建设中,在场地布置策划、安全文明施工、技术质量管理、进度管理、经营及物资管理等方面应用BIM技术,改善了管理质量,提升了管理效率,达到了缩短工期,降低成本的目的。
The application of building information model(BIM) in the construction of new senior school campus was investigated.The efficiency was site layout,safe and civilized construction,technology quality,project schedule,business and materials.The results indicated that BIM was helpful on construction project management,and beneficial for management quality and efficiency to reach the target of shorter period and lower cost.
