摘要
文中在对新形势下快递行业竞争态势及顺丰速运公司发展历程进行归纳的基础上,分析了其当前差异化战略指导下的业务单一、运价过高、运能不足等突出问题,并从业务多元化、国际市场开拓、互联网大数据、员工队伍建设等角度为顺丰速运公司提供了具体解决方案和思路,以期对其进一步发展提供借鉴。
On the basis of summarizing the competitive situation of express delivery industry and the development process of SF Express,this paper analyzes the prominent problems such as single business,high freight rate and insufficient transportation capacity under the guidance of current differentiation strategy. From the perspective of business diversification,international market development,Internet big data,and staff team building,it provides specific solutions and ideas for SF Express company,in order to provide reference for its further development.
