摘要
合理的饮食是人类生存的根本保证,更是一个部队战斗力的源泉,饮食将直接影响官兵的身体健康和部队重要任务的顺利完成。经过查阅最近几年有关部队合理饮食的书籍和文献,结合笔者在基层部队的实践经验,从部队的现状着手,阐述了部队内饮食管理中存在的问题,且从官兵工作生活特点、生理特征以及认知能力等方面提出了相应的有效措施。
Reasonable diet is the fundamental guarantee of human survival,and also the source of combat effectiveness of the army.The health of officers and soldiers is directly affected by diet,and the smooth completion of important tasks in the army will also be affected.After consulting the books and documents about the reasonable diet in the army in recent years,combined with autho r’s practical experience in the grass-roots units,this paper starts from the current situation of the army,expounds the problems in the diet management in the army,and puts forward the corresponding effective measures for the work and life characteristics,physiological characteristics and cognitive ability of the officers and soldiers.
