摘要
采用气相分子吸收光谱法测定海水中总氮。结果表明,线性良好,相关系数大于0.999,方法检出限为0.05 mg/L,水样加标回收率范围为95.2~102%,RSD范围为1.6~4.6%。与过硫酸钾氧化法的实样比对,两种方法测定结果无显著性差异。气相分子吸收光谱法具有操作简便、分析速度快、试剂消耗少,适合批量测定等优点。
The results showed that the linear regression was good,the correlation coefficient was over 0.999,the detection limit was 0.05 mg/L,the relative recovery range of water sample was 95.2%-102%,and the RSD range was 1.6%-4.6%.Compared with the potassium persulfate oxidation method,there was no significant difference between the two methods.This method is convenient,efficient,of low reagent consumption,and suitable for detection of large quantities of seawater samples.
