摘要
双作用气动执行机构因其出色的经济性和可靠性被广泛应用于工业领域,但也因为其控制精度较低而使用范围受限;研究主要利用流体力学和牛顿力学原理针对可调节气动执行机构控制精度低的缺点,使用Comsol软件对其气缸进行建模,在不考虑其他因素情况下利用施加封闭层与塞盘之间阻力的方法,对气动执行机构内塞盘动作效果影响进行模拟,研究其阻力大小的改变对于塞盘动作效果的影响,达到降低可调节气动执行机构控制误差的目的。
Dual-acting pneumatic actuators are widely used in industry due to their excellent economy and reliability,but its application scope is limited because of its low control accuracy. In this study,aiming at the disadvantage of low control accuracy of adjustable pneumatic actuator,principle of fluid mechanics and Newton mechanics are used to model its cylinder by using the software of Comsol. Without regard to other factors,using the method of applying the resistance between the confining bed and the plug disc,the effect of action of the plug disc in the pneumatic actuator is simulated to study the effect of the change of its resistance on the action of the plug disc and to reduce the control error of the adjustable pneumatic actuator.
