摘要
[目的]本文旨在研究乳酸杆菌和芽胞杆菌混合制剂对生长育肥猪生长性能、肉品质和结肠菌群的影响。[方法]选取48头杜×长×大(约32 kg)三元生长猪,随机分为2组,每组6个重复,每个重复4头猪,公、母各半。对照组饲喂基础日粮,益生菌组在基础日粮中添加质量分数为0.05%益生菌制剂。[结果]与对照组相比,益生菌显著提高了育肥猪生长期平均日增重,降低了料重比(P<0.05)。育肥前期和后期以及整个生长育肥期,益生菌对生长性能无显著影响,但显著降低眼肌面积,并有提高猪胴体长度的趋势。益生菌显著提高了生长育肥猪的剪切力,降低了肉色L*值(P<0.05)。高通量测序分析表明,与对照组相比,益生菌组猪结肠菌群的丰富度指标Chao值显著增加(P<0.05),ACE值有升高趋势,Ruminococcaceae UCG-005、Halomonas、Erysipelotrichaceae UCG-001、Marvinbryantia和Butyrivibrio相对丰度显著升高(P<0.05),而Bacteroidales S24-7 group和Oscillospira显著降低(P<0.05)。[结论]益生菌对生长期猪的生长性能有促进作用,但对育肥猪的生长性能影响较小,对肉质有一定负面作用;益生菌提高结肠菌群的丰富度指数,对菌群结构也有一定影响。
[Objectives]The present study aimed to evaluate the effects of mixed preparation of Lactobacillus and Bacillus on the growth performance,meat quality and colonic microflora in growing and finishing pigs.[Methods]48 Duroc×Langdrance×Largewhite growing pigs(32 kg average)were randomly divided into two groups,each group had 6 replicates with 4 pigs per replicate.The pigs in the control group were fed a basal diet,and the pigs in the probiotic group were fed additional 0.05%probiotic preparation to the basal diet.[Results]The results showed that in the growing phase,compared with the control group,the average daily weight gain of pigs in the probiotics group increased,and the feed conversion ratio decreased(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the daily gain,feed intake and feed conversion ratio between the two groups during the early and late fattening and the whole growth period(P>0.05).Compared with the control group,the probiotic treatment decreased eye muscle area,and tended to increase the carcass length.The meat shear force in the probiotic group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the L*value was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the Chao index of pig colonic microbiota in the probiotic group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the ACE(abundance-based coverage estimator)index tended to increase.The relative abundances of Ruminococcaceae UCG-005,Halomonas,Erysipelotrichaceae UCG-001,Marvinbryantia and Butyrivibrio were significantly increased,while Bacteroidales S24-7 group and Oscillospira were significantly reduced in the probiotic group(P<0.05).[Conclusions]Probiotics promoted the growth performance of growing pigs,but had low impact during the finishing period.Probiotic treatment improved the richness index of the colonic microbiota of pigs,and had a negative role in meat quality.The probiotic treatment affected the structure of bacterial community to some extent.
