摘要
针对8079铝合金箔表面出现的腐蚀问题,采用SEM-EDS对箔材表面腐蚀形貌以及腐蚀产物进行成分分析.结果表明:诱发箔材发生腐蚀行为的因素主要为微量的Mg元素富集、轧制油混合铝粉等异物粘附在箔材表面以及箔材表面存在划伤等缺陷.由于局部富集的Mg元素与Al元素之间存在电位差,在腐蚀环境下,箔材易出现点蚀行为,腐蚀过程中的腐蚀产物易出现含Mg的复合氧化物微小颗粒,进一步加速腐蚀进行.
In order to solve the corrosion problems on the surface of 8079 aluminum alloy foil,SEM-EDS were used to analyse the surface corrosion morphology and composition of the corrosion products.The results show that the main factors that induce the corrosion behavior of aluminum foil are trace concentration of Mg elements,rolling oil mixed with aluminum powder and other foreign matters adhered to the surface of aluminum foil,and aluminum foil surface scratches.Due to the potential difference between locally enriched Mg element and Al element,aluminum foil is prone to pitting corrosion in the corrosive environment,and the Mg-containing composite oxide fine particles are prone to occur in the corrosion product,further accelerating the corrosion.
