Research on laser welding technology of 3003 aluminum alloy for automobile power battery shell

摘要 针对汽车动力电池壳3003铝合金的焊接,采用1000W光纤激光器及高速振镜进行焊接实验.分别通过振镜运行直线焊或者正弦线焊形成焊缝,研究了焊接速度、正弦线焊频率及振幅对3003铝合金焊接接头质量的影响规律.结果表明:采用正弦线焊形成的焊缝质量有明显改善,当正弦线焊频率150 Hz时,能得到无气孔的焊缝,焊缝抗拉强度达到253 N/mm^2,为母材强度的85%. For the welding of 3003 aluminum alloy in automobile power battery shell,a 1000 W fiber laser and high speed vibrating mirror are used for the welding experiment.The welding seam is formed by linear or sinusoidal welding by vibrating mirror.The influence of welding speed,frequency and amplitude on the quality of 3003 aluminum alloy welding joint is studied.The results show that the quality of the weld formed by sinusoidal welding is improved obviously.When the frequency of sinusoidal welding is 150 Hz,the weld without porosity can be obtained.The tensile strength of the weld reaches 253 N/mm^2,which is 85%of the strength of the base material.
