摘要
本研究分析我国工业机器人在"一带一路"市场的出口情况,并基于TBT数据和行业调研,探讨我国工业机器人在"一带一路"市场出口时面临技术性贸易措施的整体情况,总结当前存在的核心技术缺失和标准检测认证体系不完善等问题,最后从技术自主创新研发、标准检测认证体系建设和技术性贸易措施应对机制上提出改进建议,以促进我国工业机器人的出口贸易和行业发展。
This study analyzes the situation of China’s industrial robots export in the Belt and Road markets.Based on TBT(Technical Barriers to Trade)data and industry investigations,the overall situation that China’s export industrial robots face the technical trade measures in the Belt and Road markets is discussed.It is concluded that the current problems include insufficient core technology,incomplete standard,testing and certification system and etc.Lastly,in terms of independent technology innovation,standard,testing and certification system construction,and technical trade measures response mechanism,suggestions are proposed to promote the export and further development of China’s industrial robots.
