摘要
目的分析放射工作人员外照射个人剂量监测数据异常原因,给出解决方案。方法对单次个人剂量监测结果超过调查水平的人员发放大剂量调查表,要求本人签字、科室负责人签字,并加盖单位公章。结果2018年度浙江省放射工作人员个人剂量监测3804人次,其中有21人次个人剂量监测数据异常,占比0.55%,最大剂量为14.88 mSv,最小剂量为1.264 mSv;异常数据主要分布于放射诊断学、介入放射学两个工种。结论个人监测结果异常均非实际受照,剂量计实际受照剂量偏高主要是由于放射工作人员对个人剂量计管理不善造成的。加强法制教育及放射防护知识宣传,增强基层放射工作人员对个人剂量监测重要性的认识,正确佩带、保管剂量计是解决问题的关键措施。
Objective Analyze the anomaly causes of Individual monitoring data of radiation workers and propose corresponding measures.Methods For persons whose monitoring results exceeded the investigation level for a single personal dose monitoring,a magnified dose questionnaire will be issued,requesting the signature of the person monitored,sign of the person in charge of the department,and official seal of the unit.Results Of the 3804 individual monitoring visits in Zhejiang Province in 2018,21 were abnormal,accounting for 0.55%.The maximum dose is 14.88 mSv and the minimum dose is 1.264 mSv.Conclusion The abnormal results are not actual,mainly caused by poor management of personal dose gauge by radiation workers.The key measures to solve the problem are to strengthen the publicity of the legal system and radiation protection knowledge,strengthen the protection consciousness of the grass-roots radiation workers,and wear dosimeters correctly.
