摘要
进行了高效CO2捕集吸收剂的筛选工作,以中石化新开发的吸收剂为考察对象,以室内烟气CO2捕集实验装置和已建的胜利燃煤电厂烟气100t/d的CO2捕集纯化示范工程为研究平台,进行了吸收剂的测试分析。着重考察了操作条件对CO2产量及再生能耗的影响,并将实验结果与国内某知名公司吸收剂进行了对比分析,提出了优化方案。
In order to screen out high-efficient absorbents for CO2 capture, the newly developed absorbent of Sinopec was tested in the indoor flue gas CO2 capture experiment device and the 100 t/d CO2 capture demonstration unit of Shengli coal-fired power plant. The influences of operation conditions on CO2 capture capacity and regeneration energy consumption were investigated. The experimental results were compared with that of the absorbent of a well-known domestic company, and an optimization scheme was proposed.
