摘要
小城镇环境综合整治是继美丽乡村、美丽县城之后浙江省"两美"建设的又一重点。运河古镇作为众多小城镇中特殊的一类,由于镇区密度过大、基础设施老旧、功能严重退缩等原因,环境问题更为突出。本研究基于问题导向,重点解决"运河古镇型小城镇环境综合整治规划该如何做"一大问题,协调好"古镇与新区""面子与里子""保护与利用"三大关系。
The comprehensive improvement of the environment of small towns is another key point of the construction of "two beauties" in Zhejiang Province after the beautiful villages and beautiful counties. The Grand Canal ancient town is a special kind of small towns. Because of the excessive density of the town, the old infrastructure and the serious functional retreat, the environmental problems are more prominent. Based on the problem orientation, this study focuses on solving the major problem of "how to do the comprehensive environmental improvement planning of canal ancient town", and coordinating the three relationships among "ancient town and new area", "face and lining", and "protection and utilization".
