On Marx's Thought of Ecological Productive Forces and Its Contemporary Value

摘要马克思生产力论是唯物史观理论大厦的基石,自然生产力是社会生产力的前提;生态环境是人类生存与发展的根基,生态环境变化直接影响文明兴衰的演替。马克思的生态生产力思想表现为社会生产力对自然生产力的依存性;生态生产力是自然生产力和社会生产力合力作用形成的现实生产力。自然生产力对社会生产力具有承载力功能,后者对前者产生的影响既有正效应又有负效应,由此需要有序规避负效应并有效实现正效应,将人类社会生产力活动规模与强度真正控制在自然生产力系统承载力限度之内。马克思的生态生产力思想要求社会生产力有序利用、有度应用和有效运用自然生产力,自觉秉持生态生存方略,牢固树立绿色发展理念,积极开启生态评价标准。 Marx's theory of productive forces is the cornerstone of historical materialism natural produc tive forces are the premise of social productive forces. Ecological environment is the foundation for human sub sistence and development whose change directly affects the succession of rise and fall of civilization. Marx's thought of ecological productive forces shows the dependency of social productive forces on natural productive forces and ecological productive forces are the realistic productive forces formed by the combination of natural productive forces and social productive forces. Natural productive forces have bearing capacity to social produc tive forces while the latter has both positive and negative effects on the former so it is necessary to avoid the negative effects in an orderly manner and effectively realize the positive effects so as to truly control the scale and intensity of human social productive forces within the bearing capacity limit of the natural productive forces system. Marx's thought of ecological productive forces requires the orderly utilization rational application and effective use of social productive forces adherence to the ecological survival strategy establishment of the concept of green development and application of ecological evaluation criteria.
