摘要
DR成像是一种直接将X射线转换为数字图像的成像方式。该检测方式具有准确度高、透视性能好等优点,但其系统复杂、效率低等不足,这限制了DR成像检测的应用。在一种多级升降机构的基础上,采用无线工业以太网传输模块实现了对DR检测装置的远距离控制,完成了硬件系统设计和控制软件的开发与调试工作,将研制成功的DR检测装置应用于电力变电站设备的检测中,使操控人可以远离辐射源,并可以对成像装置进行连续操控,提高了DR成像装置的工作效率。
DR(Direct Digital Radiography)is an imaging approach which convert X-ray to digital image. Though there are some advantages such as high degree of accuracy and excellent perspective performance in this detecting method,defects,such as complex system,low efficiency,constrain the application of DR detection. This paper realizes the telecontrolling for DR detection equipment with wireless industry Ethernet based on a multi-level elevator mechanism,fulfills hardware system design and development of control software. The developed DR detection equipment is applied in inspection of facility of electric-power transformer substation,handler could be away from radiant point,and continuously control of detection image,operation efficiency increased.
