摘要
“双一流”建设背景下,地方本科高校如何进行拔尖创新人才培养是一个值得研究的课题。本文以湖北省属地方高校长江大学地球化学实验班为例,论述了一般地方本科高校在创新人才培养方面进行的有益改革和实践。明确自身专业优势和特色,精准定位,与重点高校差异竞争,制定切合实际的拔尖创新人才培养目标和方案;打造优良师资,对外引进和对内培养相结合,优化课程体系设置,探索“本-硕”贯通培养模式,健全选拔与淘汰机制,完善激励制度。通过上述系列举措以期为新时期一般地方本科高校特色专业拔尖创新人才培养创造有利条件。
Training outstanding innovative talents in local universities has been a popular subject under the background of dual-first-class building.This study focuses on the instructive reform and practice of training mode for the outstanding innovative talents in local universities based on the experimental class of geochemistry at Yangtze University.In order to create favorable conditions for training outstanding innovative talents,local universities should understand their professional advantages and characteristics and then determine their positions accurately to make a differential competition with key universities.Local universities need to build qualified teacher resources by the external introduction and internal cultivation,optimize the course system,explore the through-type training mode of bachelor and master,and improve the selection,competition and incentive system.
