摘要
目前人们生活质量不断提升,对于猪肉制品的需求量越来越大,极大促进生猪屠宰行业的发展,同时对于生猪屠宰检疫工作提出更高的要求。在生猪屠宰检疫中,通常会出现皮肤出血的现象,包括耳部、背部及腹部等,出血呈规则或不规则状,严重影响猪肉品质。该文主要论述生猪屠宰检疫皮肤出血的原因,并提出生猪屠宰皮肤出血处理方法。
With the improvement of people's life quality,more and more pork products are needed,which will greatly promote the development of pig slaughtering industry.In the inspection and quarantine of pig slaughtering,the skin usually appears bleeding,including ear,back and abdomen.The bleeding is regular or irregular,which seriously affects the quality of pork.This paper mainly discusses the causes of skin bleeding in pig slaughtering quarantine,and puts forward the treatment methods of skin bleeding in pig slaughtering.
