不同作物间作对烤烟根际土壤细菌群落组成及功能的影响 被引量:7

Effects of Intercropping with Different Crops on Bacterial Community Composition and Function in Rhizosphere Soil of Tobacco

摘要 为连作障碍的生态调控提供技术支撑,采用IonS5TMXL测序平台进行细菌16sRNA高通量测序分析,研究单作烤烟及其与甘薯、丹参和大豆间作对烤烟根际土壤细菌群落组成及功能的影响。结果表明:不同作物间作烤烟根际土壤48份样品16sRNA的V3~V4区测序共获得3 667 900条有效序列,平均每个样品得到76 415条有效序列,质控有效率达93.77%,以97%的一致性将可分类单元(OTUs)聚类得到6 584个OTUs;间作烤烟根际细菌群落的丰富度提高,多样性降低;烤烟根际土壤细菌主要由44个子功能组成,其中包括水化合物代谢、氨基酸代谢、膜运输、翻译、复制与修复和能量代谢等,表现出功能上的丰富性。间作降低烤烟根际土壤细菌的整体代谢能力和遗传信息处理能力。 In order to provide technical support for ecologically regulating the successive cropping obstacles,the effects of tobacco-mono cropping,Ipomoea batatas-tobacco intercropping,Salvia miltiorrhiza-tobacco intercropping and Glycine max-tobacco intercropping on bacterial community composition and function of rhizosphere soil around tobacco were studied by analyzing bacteria 16 sRNA high-throughput sequencing through IonS5TM XL sequencing platform.Results:3 667 900 effective sequences were obtained from V3~V4 of 16 sRNA in 48 samples in rhizosphere soil of tobacco intercropped with different crops.76 415 effective sequences were obtained for each sample averagely,quality control efficiency reached 93.77%and 6 584 OTUs were obtained through cluster analysis with 97%consistency.Abundance and diversity of bacterial community in rhizosphere soil of tobacco intercropped with different crops improved and reduced respectively.Bacteria in rhizosphere soil of tobacco was mainly consisted of 44 subfunction including carbohydrate metabolism,amino acid metabolism,membrane transport,translation,replication and repair and energy metabolism,etc.,which showed that bacteria in rhizosphere soil of tobacco was abundant in function.In conclusion,tobacco intercropped with different crop pattern reduced the overall metabolic capability and genetic information processing capability of bacteria in rhizosphere soil of tobacco.
