摘要
液压柱塞泵的功率控制阀,可使泵在输入转速不变的条件下,达到功率起调点后随着液压系统压力的增大自动降低泵排量,且保证泵的输出功率基本恒定。在抛沙灭火车液压系统中应用功率阀可满足抛沙灭火车的工况需求,在堵料或带载启动的情况下降低泵排量、提高液压系统的输出扭矩将物料排出,在正常工况下以较大的泵排量进行物料抛撒,提高抛撒距离和抛撒量。
The power control valve of the hydraulic plunger pump can automatically reduce the pump displacement with the increase of the hydraulic system pressure when the pump reaches the starting point of power at constant input speed,and can insure that the output power of the pump is basically constant.The power valve in the hydraulic system of sand throwing fire extinguishing truck can meet the working condition requirements of the sand throwing fire extinguishing truck,reduce the pump displacement and increase the output torque under the condition of blocking or starting with load.The system can discharge and spray the material with a larger pump displacement under normal conditions,so as to improve the distance and quantity of the material.
