摘要
机械电表因技术落后及操作不便捷等原因逐渐被智能电表所代替,但也涌现了很多问题需要解决或优化。原有配套的规则、流程、制度及模式已无法契合智能电表的需求,这都极大影响到电费的核算,因此从夯实基础和提升效能两方面提供了一些电费核算智能化的应对措施。
The mechanical electricity meter is gradually replaced by the intelligent electricity meter due to the backward technology and inconvenient operation, but there are many problems that need to be solved or optimized. The original supporting rules, procedures, systems and models can no longer meet the needs of smart electricity meters, which greatly affects the accounting of electricity charges. Therefore, some countermeasures of intelligent electricity charges accounting are provided from the two aspects of consolidating the foundation and improving the efficiency.
