摘要
装配式建筑的可变性研究是一个经典课题,国内外工业化建筑领域存在大量实践,而强调工业化、灵活可变、可拆改的IFD理论和以拆卸为目标的DfD理论是其中较为成功的例子。它们在参与建设的各个角色之间形成了平衡与协调,并最大限度地发挥材料性能,避免浪费,具有可持续特征。IFD与DfD的成功之处在于充分利用了工业化建筑技术提供的便利,工作目标更为细致化、精益化,构造原则更具体明确、有针对性,并且引入系统工程的分析方法,具有多学科交叉的特征。虽然国情与技术环境略有不同,但它们仍可作为我们研发装配建筑技术的有益参照。
The study on the flexibility of prefabricated building is a classical project.There are a large number of domestic and international practices in the field of building industrialization.IFD theory which emphasizes industrialization,flexible,demountable and DfD theory which focus on disassembly,are two successful examples.They prompt a balance and coordination among the various roles involved in the construction,maximize the material performance and avoid waste.They are without doubt sustainable.IFD and DfD have been successfully taking advantage of the technology of building industrialization.Their objectives and principles of construction are more meticulous and more specific than before.And the introduction of system engineering analysis method has the characteristics of multi discipline.In addition,they apply the analysis methods of system engineering so have the characteristics of multi discipline.Although the national conditions and technical environments are diversiform,these theories can still serve as valuable references for the research and development of our prefabricated building in China.
