植物锌指蛋白转录因子家族研究进展 被引量:23

摘要 锌指蛋白(zinc-finger protein,ZFP)因其具有指状结构特征且能与锌结合而得名,是真核生物中最重要的转录因子之一。锌指蛋白主要通过与核酸的相互作用,如与单链DNA、RNA结合或RNA/DNA双向结合以及蛋白-蛋白互作来激活或抑制基因的转录,在植物的基因表达与调控、生长发育与衰老、非生物胁迫及生物胁迫等过程中发挥着重要的作用。本文对锌指蛋白转录因子的结构、分类、生物学功能以及调控机制等方面进行了综述,以期为今后锌指蛋白的深入研究提供参考。 Zinc finger protein(ZFP) is one of the most important transcription factors in eukaryotes, which is named because it has fingerlike structure and can combine with zinc. It mainly activate or inhibit gene transcription by interacting with nucleic acids, such as single-stranded DNA, RNA or RNA/DNA binding in both directions, and protein-protein interaction. In plant gene expression and regulation, growth and aging, abiotic stress and biological stress, ZFP also plays an important role. In this paper, the structure,classification, biological function and regulatory mechanism of zinc finger protein transcription factors are reviewed in order to provide reference for further study of zinc finger protein.
