摘要
针对热镀锌钢板表面出现的灰色镀锌层缺陷,使用电子探针(EPMA)进行缺陷镀层断面WDS形貌显微分析和成分分析、使用扫描电子显微镜进行缺陷镀层表面SEM微观形貌分析和EDS成分分析,并结合热镀锌镀层形成机理,提出了连续热镀锌过程中由于带钢及锌锅温度过高,锌锅中铝含量过低以及带钢表面粗糙过大,促使铁-锌合金渗入带钢表面而形成镀锌层灰色镀层缺陷。
The cross section morphology and composition of the FeZn layer defect on hot-dip galvanized sheet were investigated by the means of Election Probe Micro-Analysis(EPMA). Meanwhile, micromorphology and element of the Fe-Zn layer defect were observed and analyzed by SEM and EDS. According to the formation mechanism of hot-dip galvanized coating,the results show that too high temperature of steel strip, too high temperature of zinc pot, low aluminium content in zinc pot and too high surface roughness of the strip all may cause iron-zinc alloy entering into the strip surface forming Fe-Zn layer defect.
