摘要
目的:分析在白内障超声乳化手术治疗以后合并干眼症的患者治疗中应用采取玻璃酸钠与普拉洛芬治疗有效性。方法:此次研究中所选患者一共100例,皆行白内障超声乳化的手术治疗以后合并干眼症在2018年的1~12月份入某院治疗,所选患者因研究需要被均分成对照组与观察组,对照组单纯应用玻璃酸钠治疗,观察组联合玻璃酸钠与普拉洛芬治疗,对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果:治疗后,50例观察组临床治疗的总有效率为96.00%(48/50),50例对照组临床治疗的总有效率为78.00%(11/50),观察组患者临床治疗的总有效率高于对照组,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患者各项临床指标差异不大,组间差异不具备统计学意义(P>0.05);而治疗后,观察组患者BUT、泪液分泌长度以及FT评分均优于对照组,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在白内障超声乳化手术治疗以后合并干眼症的患者治疗中联合采取玻璃酸钠与普拉洛芬治疗效果明显,值得推广应用。
Objective:To analyze the efficacy of sodium hyaluronate and pralofen in the treatment of dry eye after phacoemulsification of cataract. Methods:In this study, a total of 100 patients were selected, all of whom were admitted to our hospital from January to December 2018 for treatment of phacoemulsification of cataract. The selected patients were divided into the control group and the observation group because of the research needs. The control group was treated with sodium hyaluronate alone. The observation group was treated with sodium hyaluronate and pralofen. The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared. Results: After treatment, the total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group of 50 cases was 96.00%(48/50), and that in the control group of 50 cases was 78.00%(11/50). The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). Before treatment, there was no significant difference in clinical indicators between the two groups, and the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant(P > 0.05). However, after treatment, BUT, tear secretion length and FT score in the observation group were better than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05). Conclusion:The combination of sodium hyaluronate and pralofen in the treatment of cataract patients with dry eye after phacoemulsification of cataract has obvious effect and is worth applying.
