摘要
黄新艳教授认为大柴胡汤应用广泛,现代临床多用大柴胡汤治疗胰腺炎、抑郁症、胆囊炎、反流性胃炎、糖尿病、代谢综合征、发热、支气管哮喘等疾病。症见往来寒热,呕不止,郁郁微烦,心下痞硬者,使用大柴胡汤,能取得明显疗效。然实际临床上患者症状轻重不一且变化多端,并伴有其他症状,所以需要抓住患者的主症,见症用方,同时方药的运用在经方的基础上临床加减,以对症治疗。
Professor Huang Xinyan believes that Dachaihu decoction is widely used in the treatment of pancreatitis,depression,cholecystitis,reflux gastritis,diabetes,metabolic syndrome,fever,bronchial asthma and other diseases.Symptoms of fever and chill,vomiting continuously,depressed slightly annoyed,upper abdomen inflation,the use of Dachaihu decoction can achieve obvious curative effect.However,in clinical practice,patients’symptoms vary in severity and variety,and are accompanied by other symptoms,so it is necessary to grasp the main disease of patients,random strain,at the same time,the application of prescription in the basis of clinical addition and subtraction,to symptomatic treatment.
