摘要
目的观察中西医结合对冠心病心绞痛症状改善及心功能的影响。方法按随机数字表法将2018年1月—2019年1月就诊的76例冠心病心绞痛患者分为观察组和对照组,各38例。对照组接受临床常规治疗,包括心电监测、吸氧、口服西药等,观察组在此基础上接受口服益气通脉汤治疗。治疗2周后观察2组患者心绞痛症状改善情况(每周心绞痛发作次数、每次持续时间)、心功能指标[左室射血分数(LVEF)、左室收缩末期内径(LVESD)及左室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)]的变化以及不良反应情况。结果与治疗前比较,2组患者治疗2周后心绞痛每周发作次数、每次持续时间、LVESD和LVEDD均呈下降趋势(P<0.05),2组患者的LVEF均呈上升趋势(P<0.05),且观察组变化幅度显著大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论以常规临床西药及益气通脉汤为基础的中西医结合治疗可以显著改善冠心病心绞痛症状以及心功能,值得临床广泛应用。
Objective To observe the effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on symptoms and cardiac function in patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.Methods 76 patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease treated in the hospital between January 2018 and January 2019 were divided into the observation group and the control group by the random number table method,with 38 cases in each group.The control group received conventional clinical treatment,including electrocardiogram monitoring,oxygen inhalation,oral western medicine,etc.,and on this basis,the observation group was treated with oral Yiqi Tongmai decoction.After 2 weeks of treatment,the improvement of angina pectoris symptoms(weekly angina pectoris episodes,duration of each episode),cardiac function indicators[left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),left ventricular end systolic diameter(LVESD)and left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVEDD)]and adverse reactions in both groups were observed.Results The weekly angina pectoris episodes,duration of each episode,LVESD and LVEDD of both groups showed a decreasing trend after 2 weeks of treatment(P<0.05),and LVEF showed an increasing trend(P<0.05).Changes in the observation group were significantly greater than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine based on conventional clinical western medicine and Yiqi Tongmai decoction can significantly improve the symptoms of angina pectoris and cardiac function in patients with coronary heart disease.
