摘要
本文着眼于广州,立足于商务英语专业,将通过对广州跨境电商企业的调查,分析跨境电商的人才需求,进一步明确跨境电商人才培养目标,探讨订单班人才培养模式,为跨境电商人才培养提出建议。
With the research on talent demand of cross-border e-commerce enterprises in Guangzhou,this paper clarifies the goal of talent training in business English major of higher vocational education,discusses the pattern of order-oriented talent training,and puts forward some suggestions.
