摘要
文章着眼于中医证候研究的焦点、重点,从证候的概念、规范化、客观化及多学科研究等方面论述了中医证候研究的现状,并以此为基础分析了中医证候研究的可能趋势及存在的问题,认为“学科的交叉与融合”是当前科学发展的重要特征,由于中医证候是由许多因素组成的复杂系统,难以用单一的生理、生化指标来表达,多学科的介入、支持及合作将是中医证候研究的必然趋势。
Focusing on the focus and key points of TCM syndromes research,this paper discusses the current situation of TCM syndromes research from the aspects of the concept of syndromes,the standardization of syndromes,the objectification of syndromes and the multi-disciplinary research of syndromes.On this basis,it analyses the possible trends and existing problems of TCM syndromes research,and holds that‘the intersection and integration of disciplines’is an important feature of the development of science and technology.As syndrome is a complex system composed of many factors,it is difficult to express it by a single physiological and biochemical index.Multidisciplinary intervention,support and cooperation will be the inevitable trend of syndrome research.
