摘要
目的:观察蒲公英汤联合安珂微创置管引流术治疗急性哺乳期乳腺炎并脓肿形成患者的临床疗效。方法:选取急性哺乳期乳腺炎并脓肿形成患者89例,按随机数字表法分为3组,A组32例,B组26例,C组31例,均予抗生素基础治疗,其中A组口服蒲公英汤,并行安珂微创置管引流术,B组行安珂微创置管引流术,C组口服蒲公英汤,并行传统切开置管引流术,观察患者抗生素使用时间、术后疼痛程度、瘢痕长度、治愈时间、回乳率、乳房变形率的情况。结果:A组抗生素使用时间和治愈时间较B组显著缩短(P<0.05);术后疼痛评分、瘢痕长度、回乳率及乳房变形率无显著差异。A组抗生素使用时间和治愈时间较C组显著缩短(P<0.05);A组术后疼痛评分、瘢痕长度、回乳率及乳房变形率均低于C组(P<0.05)。结论:蒲公英汤联合安珂微创置管引流术治疗急性哺乳期乳腺炎并脓肿形成疗效确切,且具有创伤小、恢复快、不影响美观及哺乳功能的优点,值得推广。
objective:To observe the clinical effect of Dandelion Decoction combined with invasive catheter drainage by EnCor in the treatment of acute lactation mastitis with abscess.Methods:Eighty-nine patients with acute lactation mastitis and abscess were selected and divided into three groups of ABC according to the random number table method,32 patients in group A,26 patients in group B,and 31 patients in group C,all patients received basic antibiotic treatment,of which the group A was administered with Dandelion Decoction combined with invasive catheter drainage by EnCor.Group B only took invasive catheter drainage by EnCor.Group C took Dandelion Decoction combined with invasive catheter drainage by traditional surgery.Observed the patients with antibiotic use time,postoperative pain,scar length,healing time,whether breast milk is returned,whether breast deformation.Results:The comparison of observational indicators between the group A and the group B showed that the duration of antibiotic use and cure time in the group A was shorter than that in the group B,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in postoperative pain score,scar length,breast reflux rate and breast deformation rate.The comparison of the observational indicators between the group A and the group C showed that the duration of antibiotic use and cure time in the group A was shorter than that in the group B,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Postoperative pain score,scar length,breast return rate and breast deformation rate in the group A were all lower than those in the group C,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Dandelion Decoction combined with invasive catheter drainage by EnCor has a definite effect in the treatment of acute lactation mastitis with abscess,and has the advantages of small trauma,quick recovery,no impact on aesthetics and lactation function,which is worthy of promotion.
